Junmai Daiginjo Hyakuden 40

“Fukukomachi” gained recognition at the PR event for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games bid, one of the largest events in Japan’s history. Among the offerings, “Fukukomachi Junmai Daiginjo Hyakuden 40” stands out as it exclusively uses 100% of the newly developed Akita Prefecture sake rice “Hyakuden.” Showing off its full potential, the sake expresses an aromatic and fine taste that exemplifies purity. It was crafted with the aim of embodying the taste of high-quality Akita Prefecture sake, that will last for generations. Recommended pairings include fruit (white peaches, etc.), scallop risotto, and more. It was the winner of the Gold Prize in the Premium Daiginjo Category at the “Fine Sake Awards 2023.”

Fukukomachi Junmai Ginjo

Produced in Akita Prefecture, this award-winning sake is carefully brewed using 100% Akita Sake Komachi rice and Brewer’s Association No. 1801 yeast, known for producing aromatic componets reminiscent of pear, green apple, and melon. It is well-balanced aroman and flavor offers creates a smooth, fruity sake that pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes including beef chops, grilled vegetables, and more. You can enjoy it chilled or slightly warmed (up to 40°C). It received Platinum awards in the Junmai Daiginjo & Junmai Ginjo Sake category at the KuraMaster Sake Competition in Paris in 2021.
